In-Person Training: $90/hr
In person training is a 100% customized experience tailored towards your goals and meeting you right where you’re at the day of the session. I look forward to working with you!
Virtual Training: $70/hr
Virtual training is a 100% customized experience tailored towards your goals and meeting you right where you’re at the day of the session. All virtual sessions are via zoom or facetime depending on your preference.
Custom Training Programs:
If you are interested in a personalized training plan to keep you on track and achieve your fitness goals, this service is perfect for you! I will provide you with the tools needed to help you succeed, while creating a positive environment of motivation and accountability.
TIER 1: This option is best for those with prior training experience. This tier includes:
1.) Individualized programming including specific exercises, reps, sets, and cues/tips to help you perfect technique in every movement;
2.) Monthly check-ins via phone to assess progress, feedback, accountability, and goals;
3.) Support and guidance in helping you optimize each and every training session whenever you need!

TIER 2: This option is best for those with little to no training experience OR for those interested in learning strength training to a greater extent. This tier includes:
1.) Exercise video demonstrations to help you learn and comprehend how to perform each exercise in your training plan;
2.) Individualized programming including specific exercises, reps, sets, and cues/tips to help you perfect technique in every movement;
3.) Bi-weekly check-ins via phone to assess progress, feedback, accountability, and goals;
4.) Support and guidance in helping you optimize each and every training session whenever you need!
