Competing in bikini bodybuilding has been a huge part of my life since 2021. Bodybuilding has helped me develop extreme self discipline, positive relationships, and a greater understanding of proper nutrition and training to achieve a dream physique.
I plan on coaching bikini competitors soon and and strive to promote my sport as much as possible.
This service is only for girls with prior nutrition/ training experience willing to push past their limits in order to present the absolute best package on stage.
