This option is best for those seeking a macro based only plan with basic nutrition knowledge. This tier includes:
1.) custom nutrition MACRO programming tailored toward you and your individual goals. I’ll provide specific macro and caloric intake targets that fit you best. You will also be given a detailed list of what macros you should be eating and why;
2.) recommended supplements to fit your body’s needs;
3.) bi-weekly check-ins via phone to assess progress, feedback, accountability, and goals.

Tier 2:

This option is best for those seeking a customized nutrition plan with specific meal options AND macros. This tier includes:
1.)custom nutrition programming tailored toward you and your individual goals. I’ll provide a specific, enjoyable, plan (built around your food likes/dislikes) including all daily caloric intake;
2.) recommended supplements to fit your body’s needs;
3.) bi-weekly check-ins via phone to assess progress, feedback, accountability, and goals.

 

1:1 Coaching by Kensley Meeks includes:

1.) Custom nutrition programming tailored toward you and your individual goals. I’ll provide a specific, enjoyable, plan (built around your food likes/dislikes) including all daily caloric intake (macro & custom plans available depending on your preference);

2.) Recommended supplements to fit your body’s needs;

3.) Individualized programming including specific exercises, reps, sets, and cues/tips to help you perfect technique in every movement;

4.) Exercise video demonstrations to help you learn and comprehend how to perform each exercise in your training plan

5.) Weekly check-ins via phone to assess progress, feedback, accountability, and goals;

6.) Monthly coaching call to keep you motivated and on track;

7.) Support and guidance in helping you optimize each and every training session whenever you need!
